Short Almaty city tour – “Nomad”

Almaty is considered one of the highest mountain cities in the world. Its area includes the ski resort "Shymbulak", located at an altitude of 2 260 m. Tourists for a reason call this place “Mini Switzerland”. During this tour, I will take you all the way to 3200 meters above sea level where you can see the city from a bird’s eye view and almost touch the clouds. Moreover, I will tell you the most “hidden” stories about the foundation of the ski resort and its surroundings. 

Itinerary

• 10:30 am meeting at the designated point
• 10:30-11:00 – Driving to high-mountain sports complex Medeo
• 11:00­­-12:00 – Climbing to Talgar range in a cable car
• 12:00-14:00 – Exploring the ski resort, taking photos, drinking coffee, hiking
• 14:00-15:00 – Proceeding to high-mountain sports complex Medeo 
• 15:00-15:45 – Returning back with overwhelming emotions

Note: Tour duration is approximately 5 and a half hours.

Price up to 4 pax: 130$ or 70$ per person (CAR INCLUDED)

Inclusions: Cable car tickets, English-speaking guide-driver, 1 bottle of 0,5 liters of plain portable water, and an amazing mood.
